PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2019 (Honka FC): Silva signed with Honka FC of the Finnish first division in March of 2019, where he started 10 of 13 appearances and scored three goals before signing with Seattle. 

2018 (Real Salt Lake): In his final season with Real Salt Lake, Silva started nine of 19 appearances, scoring five goals. He made his first career postseason appearance in 2018, starting in a 4-2 loss to Sporting Kansas City in the second leg of the Western Conference Semifinals.

2017 (Real Salt Lake): In his return to RSL and MLS, Silva scored seven goals and added three assists while starting 20 of 30 appearances in 2017. He recorded a brace in a 4-2 win vs. Colorado (August 26).

2016 (Tigres UANL): Silva moved to Tigres UANL of Mexico in 2016 and made two appearances, both coming in Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League action.

2015 (D.C. United / Real Salt Lake): After scoring just one goal in 14 appearances to start 2015, Silva was traded to Real Salt Lake for Álvaro Saborio. He started seven of 10 games for RSL to conclude 2015 before moving on to Tigres UANL of Liga MX.

2014 (D.C. United): Silva scored a career-high 11 goals in 2014 in his lone full season with D.C. United, adding four assists while starting 22 of 27 appearances. He recorded a first-half hat trick in a 4-2 win at the Montreal Impact (June 11). 

2013 (Toronto FC / D.C. United): Silva made 14 appearances and recorded two assists for Toronto before being traded to D.C. United, where he scored three goals and added two assists in 13 games played after the trade.

2012 (Toronto FC): Silva was drafted fourth overall in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft and registered five goals and five assists in 30 appearances as a rookie for the Reds.

COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Silva played four years at UC-Santa Barbara, where he was a three-time All-Big West First Team selection, as well as a MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist his senior year after recording 17 goals and 10 assists.
